In June 2015 25 condos/townhomes sold in the Lake Norman area, a 21.9% decrease from the 32 condos or townhomes sold in May 2015. June 2015 sales figures decreased 16.7% from June 2014 when 30 Lake Norman condos sold.
The average sales price decreased 4.4% from $209,670 in May 2014 to $200,516 in June 2015. The June 2015 average sales price increased 12.4% from the June 2014 average sales price which was $178,330.
Average days on the market decreased 22.1% from 86 in May to 67 in June. June 2014 average days on the market were 54, a 24.1% increase in market time.
Currently there are 136 condo/townhomes for sale in the Lake Norman MLS area, a 3.5% decrease from the 141 condos for sale in June. The average list price is $244,867, up .05% from June’s average list price of $244,729. The average days on the market are 104. 47 Lake Norman condos/townhomes are currently under contract, a 4.4% increase from June.
